Kenyan real estate, done properly.

Land. Homes. Development. Investment.

Beacon Nest Tradings sells land and homes, finds well-priced deals, and is building towards apartment blocks that ordinary Kenyans can afford. Every opportunity is judged on its numbers first.

What we do

One company. Five ways to work with us.

We sell property today, and we are building towards developing our own. Everything we do is grounded in the same thing: real buyers, real prices and honest numbers.

01

Land & Home Sales

Plots and homes in Malindi, around Nairobi and beyond, sold with our role, the title position and the price stated up front.

02

Property Deals

Homes and land priced well below comparable properties in the area, found through our market knowledge and always shown with the comparison.

03

Development

Our direction: apartment blocks that ordinary Kenyans can afford, taken through feasibility, design, approvals, construction and sale with the right professional team.

04

Investment

Structured opportunities to invest alongside Beacon Nest. Capital enters against a defined project, a defined structure and a defined exit, never a general idea.

05

Landowner Partnerships

For landowners with the right site, a properly structured joint venture is one of the routes through which we build. Terms depend on the project, not a standard formula.

Where we are going

Homes the ordinary mwananchi can afford.

Kenya’s housing shortage is not at the top of the market. It is decent, well-built, fairly priced homes for teachers, nurses, drivers, technicians and young families, close to where the work is.

That is the gap Beacon Nest is building towards. Our first development is being structured now, and the land and home sales we do today are how we get there. We will publish project details when they are confirmed, not before.

How we think

Good land does not automatically make a good investment.

A property can be well located and still be a poor buy. What decides the outcome is whether the location, the price, the cost of building and what the market will actually pay line up at the same time. That is the question we answer first.

We would rather tell a buyer, an investor or a landowner early that something does not work than discover it later, when money and time have already been committed.

What we check before anything else

  • Title
  • Location
  • Access & services
  • Real demand
  • Comparable prices
  • Construction costs
  • Achievable sales values
  • Structure
  • Execution

Each of these can stop a deal on its own. We only move forward when all of them hold together.

How we evaluate an opportunity
Experience & project work

What we have actually done.

We separate our own developments from work where we acted in a supporting role. The distinction matters, so we state it on every project.

Beacon Nest was founded on direct experience in the Kenyan property market: selling land and homes, watching which properties moved and at what price, and learning where the gap sits between what is promised and what the market actually pays.

That experience produced a clear view. Most property mistakes are not construction failures. They are buying, pricing and structuring mistakes, made long before anyone breaks ground. Beacon Nest is built around getting those decisions right first.

Meetings are by appointment, at professional meeting venues, at the property itself or online for buyers and investors abroad.
