If you submit information about land, you confirm that you are the owner, an owner, or otherwise authorised to provide that information. If a property is approved for a feasibility assessment, a fee applies, which is stated in writing before you pay and is paid only to the Beacon Nest bank account shown on this website. We will never ask you to send money to a personal account. Verify any payment request made in our name by contacting us on the details published on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of this website.
