Beacon Nest Tradings Limited ("Beacon Nest", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through beaconnesttradings.com. - Investor or buyer information: the type of enquiry, an indicative range if you provide one, and the content of your message.
- The content of any message you send us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
Our website does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

- To keep records of enquiries and of our dealings with you.

Property and title information
Information you give us about land, ownership, title and family or succession position is treated as confidential business information. It is used to assess the opportunity and is shared only as described below. If an opportunity proceeds to formal due diligence, we will tell you in advance what needs to be shared and with whom.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. We may share it with:
- Service providers who run this website. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. These providers process data on our behalf and may hold it outside Kenya.
- Professional advisers such as advocates, surveyors, valuers, engineers and accountants, where this is necessary to assess or progress an opportunity you have brought to us.
- Funders or capital partners, only where an opportunity has reached a stage at which that is appropriate, and on a confidential basis.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law.
Transfers outside Kenya
Because our hosting and form delivery providers operate internationally, personal information submitted through this website may be processed on servers located outside Kenya. We use established providers and take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and submission records for as long as is necessary for the purpose they were collected for, and thereafter for as long as we are required to for legal and record-keeping reasons. If an opportunity does not proceed and you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send us original title documents or identity documents by email unless we have asked you to and agreed how.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as how many people visit a page. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It records that you visited our pages and when you submit an application, and uses cookies and similar technologies to do so. We use this to measure and improve our advertising and to show our ads to relevant audiences. Meta receives this information and handles it under its own policies. We do not send Meta the contents of your application. You can limit this through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, your browser's cookie settings, or a tracker-blocking extension.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to object to or restrict processing, and to request deletion of your data.
