Contact

Let us discuss the opportunity.

Whether you hold land, are looking to place capital, or want to understand how a development partnership actually works, start here. Tell us which applies to you and we will respond with something useful rather than a brochure.

"I am interested in buying land or a home."

If you are a landowner and already know your property details, the landowner questionnaire will get you a faster answer than this form.

Meetings

By appointment

Beacon Nest operates on an appointment basis rather than maintaining a conventional walk-in corporate office.

Meetings are arranged at designated professional meeting facilities, at project locations or at other appropriate venues, depending on the stage of the engagement.

Coverage

Kenya

We assess opportunities across Kenya. What decides whether we can work on a site is the site itself, not how close it is to us.

Please note

We charge landowners nothing to be assessed

There is no fee to submit a property or for our initial screening. If a property proceeds to a professional feasibility assessment, the fee is stated in writing and is paid only to the Beacon Nest bank account shown on our website. We will never ask you to send money to a personal account or a mobile number. If you receive such a request in our name, contact us before acting on it.
