Where this website says a development is being structured, that is what it means: the commercial, legal and funding framework is being put in place. It does not mean the project is approved, funded, under construction or certain to proceed. Descriptions of stage may change as structuring, planning, approvals and funding progress.
Our role on third-party projects
Beacon Nest states its actual role on every project shown on this website. Where a project was developed, owned or constructed by another company, that company is named and Beacon Nest's contribution is described specifically.
Royal Mirema West is owned, developed and constructed by GNA Real Estate. Beacon Nest Tradings Limited provided project design input and sales and marketing support, and is not the developer of that project. Project details, unit sizes, pricing and timelines relating to it are those published by the developer and are subject to change by the developer.
