How to pitch your project

Land, apartments, offices, warehouses, farms and more. Free to pitch to approved investors.

Pitching is free. You open a profile, describe your project and who you are posting as, and submit it. It works like a notice board for deals. After a quick check, approved investors see it in their live feed for 30 days. If one is interested, our team arranges the introduction. Any deal is agreed between you and the investor.

What you can pitch

Any real estate project in Kenya that needs a partner, funding or a buyer. For example:

  • Land you want to develop, or sell on development terms
  • Homes for sale, or rental housing
  • Offices, shops and other commercial property
  • Warehouses, light industrial and logistics
  • Hotels, lodges and other hospitality
  • Farms and agribusiness land
  • Schools, clinics and other institutional projects
  • Mixed-use projects
  • A stalled project that needs capital to finish

What you can ask for

  • A development partner (joint venture)
  • Construction funding
  • Capital to complete a stalled project
  • A buyer, if you want to sell
  • An operator or off-taker
  • Bridging finance

What every pitch needs

  1. A clear title and where it is. County and area.
  2. A description in your own words. What it is, its size, where it stands and what you are trying to do with it. For example: "20-acre ranch in Laikipia. Looking for a partner to develop a lodge."
  3. Who you are posting as: the owner, a representative of the owner, an agent or broker, a company or group, or a developer. Investors see this on your post.
  4. The category and what you need: a partner, funding, a buyer, an operator or something else.

Optional: the size of the land, a map link, how much you are looking for, and a few ticks for where it stands today. You do not upload documents. Post as many as you like, up to 50 open at a time, and save a draft whenever you want.

What we will not accept

  • Something you do not own and are not authorised to offer. When you post, you confirm you are the owner or are authorised, and you say which
  • Promised or guaranteed returns, or figures meant to attract money from the public
  • Asking anyone to send money, deposits or fees to you, or to us, through the network
  • Spam, duplicates, and fake or copied listings
  • Anything illegal

We do not verify ownership or any claim in a post. Investors do their own checks, including an official search, before they commit to anything.

What happens next

  1. We check it. This is a check for completeness and spam. We do not judge how good the project is, and approval is not an endorsement. We email you, and may send it back for changes.
  2. It goes live for 30 days. Approved investors whose interests match see it in their feed. You see how many saved it, asked a question or showed interest.
  3. We arrange introductions. Contact details are shared only after we have spoken with you.
  4. You and the investor take it from there. Negotiation, checks and any agreement are between you. It is outside our control, and we charge no fee on any deal.

What it costs

Nothing to pitch. Seeing other members' opportunities, asking for introductions and attending our evenings are part of paid membership, and new accounts can try that free for a few days.
