Judging & integrity
Merit, weighted and verified.
An award is only worth what its process is worth. Every result combines an independent jury with verified votes, and the count is overseen independently.

Architects, interior designers and industry experts score every entry against published criteria. Judges declare any conflict of interest and step aside from those entries.

Industry professionals and the public vote on finalists. Voting is free, verified, and limited to one vote per person per category. Votes can never be bought.

Oversight
An overseen count
An independent firm oversees the combined scores before any winner is sealed. Results stay confidential until they are opened on stage.
Oversight partner to be announced
Sponsors have no say. Paying partners cannot influence judging or results.
No guaranteed wins. Entering does not guarantee a nomination.
Criteria first. Judging criteria are published before entries close.
Confirmed partners only. Only signed partners are shown as official.
Recognition
A mark that works all year.
Winners and finalists receive the official KDA mark to use on hoardings, brochures and online, so recognition keeps working long after the night.

Finalists announced, each with the KDA 2027 Finalist mark.

Winners revealed on stage and given the KDA 2027 Winner mark.

Every winner receives a film of their award moment, ready to share.
After the gala
